She's been a Nike Master Trainer since 2013 and is a certified CHEK exercise coach, EFTI level II personal trainer, Onnit battle ropes specialist, power Pilates Mat instructor, and Les Mills grit trainer and bodypump instructor. Kirsty is on a constant quest for positive energy, participating in Pilates and yoga three times a week. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with friends, being active and exploring New York City.

WORKOUT No. 2: the Grafton Ghost Town tour, Springdale, Utah...with a time of 16:59 and a distance of 0.69 miles. The speed was generally 2.5 miles per hour throughout with not much elevation change. The elevation gain overall was just five feet. Estimated calorie burn of 71 with the average pace (minutes per mile) of 24:29. The effort score was 99.
Once this workout was complete, my cumulative steps for the day was 6,791. While I'm typing this, the smart watch said my "beats per minute" was 77 with "mmhg" of 122/74.
And! My new "Fit Score" is still 88.
As I wind down for the night (watching "The Food That Built America") my cumulative steps for the day stands at 6,842.
